French breakfast has arrived!

Hmmm...
There is nothing better than a good start of the day with a fresh pastry and a coffee in which you can soak piece by piece to get that aroma of a pâtisserie in Paris.

Sorry for the terribly rolled croissant- I am not a good baker!
Yes that is what French people do, however what is more interesting is that it is not the croissant, which always welcomes them on the table- it is the baguette with jam, which is mostly of the strawberry flavor. How come that they do not get bored of it? I think it is just their style, their culture and their two five course meals later on in the day.

Croissant is a weekend treat, on which I know that Parisians don't put anything on, the same as pain au chocolat or even pain aux raisins for which children can never wait, but they are very lucky anyway! When their parents drink a morning café (usually without milk at that time, as a coffee with a little bit of milk- une noisette comes in later on, before le déjeuner- or with lots of milk, so the café au lait), children receive a hot chocolate, which is usually the Nesquik powder with hot milk- for me it's a perfect mix!

As I have mentioned earlier, French people soak their pastry or bread in their drink and what they use is called un bol, the little ball in which it is much easier to soak bread than if it would be in the mug. Nevertheless, it is really hard to take it in your hands, because your fingers start boiling- yes, I have tried that already, therefore it is not amazing for many purposes.

Nowadays, after the Nouvelle Cuisine has entered the kitchens, French people are trying to be healthier, so what also comes on the table (that table which looks like a mess after their fifteen minutes breakfast) is the yogurt and orange juice, which always has to be one hundred percent juice and obviously fresh! What else is that hazelnut spread, which I think everyone knows- Nutella- that is the children's favorite, as well honey!

Please write in comments what do you think about the information, if it was helpful, interesting or really boring, as well as tell me if you like the photographs- I am not a good photographer, like baker, as I have told you earlier! But I am trying :)
